Liberty Precision Industries has been manufacturing components for AC/DC generator coils for over 60 years. Our custom designed dies and fixtures are fabricated from hardened steel for heavy use during high volume production to ensure 100% repeatability.
Working closely with customers to develop parts from prototype into production has been a strong suit of Liberty Precision. We can supply sample test fit parts that enable our customers to adjust design throughout the prototype stage.
Parts are fabricated from bare copper, insulated ML coated copper or insulated KAPTON coated copper when required an insulated sleeve can be applied.
Fully compliant with the customer and regulatory requirements. product traceability and quality assurance are maintained electronically for a minimum of 11 years. first article inspections are supplied when required on the AS9102 or equivalent customer required format.
The scrap rate is under 1.5%, Zero rejects and 100% on-time delivery is not only our quality objective but it has been our obtained goal.
