The time your purchase order first arrives at Liberty Precision Inc, until the time that it ships out is being critical attention to every single detail in order to fully ensure the specific requirement with outstanding quality.
Liberty Precision Inc is inspecting every single part by the internal Chief Inspector. The Chief Inspector compares the part to the enclosed PRR to ensure that the part and the purchase order coincide. After a preliminary inspection of the part, the office staff’s computer generates a Work Order on Shop-Trax and includes critical tracking information such as part number, revision and purchase order number. The internal computer system has the ability to keep track of the flow of all items as they progress in production until the end.
Parts enter into stock shelves after the inspection of tolerances such as diameter, size, type, stator iron diameter, etc. The custom made unique die performs a different job for a specific customer. The parts are distributed to customers when orders are place. Inspection report is indicates what work has been done. Departmental Leaders inspect others’ work to ensure meeting quality and requirement specifications in the company.
